How do substitutions work?
By default, unavailable items are refunded. I’ll text before checkout, often with a photo, so you can choose a replacement or skip it.
How do I pay?
For text or form orders, you approve the total before I shop. Payment options include invoice/card, Venmo, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay. Catalog orders are paid online.
Are online prices the same as in store?
Catalog prices are about 10% above in-store prices to cover shopping, catalog upkeep, and handling. The delivery fee is separate and clearly shown.
When will my order arrive?
Your delivery window is confirmed once orders are collected for the next scheduled weekend run.
What happens to frozen items?
Cold and frozen products travel in insulated bags with ice packs. Customers specifically praise that frozen items arrive completely frozen.
